[40 CFR 62.16726(e)(2)] Federally Enforceable Through Title V Permit <br />33.The owner or operator shall keep up-to-date readily accessible records of the following: (1) For any root cause analysis, <br />as required by the condition that references 40 CFR 62.16720(a)(4), the root cause analysis conducted, including a <br />description of the recommended corrective action(s) taken, and the date(s) the corrective action(s) were completed. (2) <br />For corrective action(s) that cannot be fully implemented within 60 days following the initial exceedance, the corrective <br />action analysis and a schedule of implementation, including proposed commencement and completion dates. (3) For <br />corrective action that is expected to take longer than 120 days to complete after the initial exceedance, a copy of any <br />comments or final approval on the corrective action analysis or schedule from the District. M represents the moisture content of the soil in percent, <br />determined at least once monthly by heating a representative sample to dryness and comparing the pre and post-drying <br />mass. A represents the tons of soil moved per quarter, determined by counting the number of soil-moving vehicles <br />onsite and the maximum weight of soil carried by each vehicle.
