Ensure that break/meeting area is properly staged. Canopy <br />erected and tables and chairs placed in a safe area. <br />2. Ensure that HASP and Property Binder are placed on table for <br />accessibility for employees and visitors. <br />3. When laying out plastic sheets, please be careful with <br />oncoming traffic. <br />4. Use of Traffic Control measures should be used if going into <br />the street. <br />5. Ensure that all equipment brought to property is properly <br />staged and caution tape used to secure area. <br />L <br />3. Stage Vehicle(s)- Back strain from lifting and moving materials <br />- Being struck by equipment or materials within <br />the work area <br />- Earthmoving equipment (dozers, graders, <br />excavators, trenchers, rollers, compactors, <br />backhoe, skip loader) <br />- Line-of-Fire <br />- Overhead obstacles (power lines or pipelines, <br />block and tackle, lights, structures) <br />- Pinch Points <br />1. Do not stand or work where incoming traffic associated with <br />mobilization could strike you or your vehicle. Keep in mind <br />subcontractors and vendors planning to arrive. <br />2. Communicate with key site personnel about designated <br />parking areas, park vehicles at clear area with flat surfaces and <br />minimal obstructions. <br />3. Ensure that all overhead utility lines are identified (Must have <br />a maximum of 10' feet clearance). <br />4. Use of Flaggers/Traffic Control personnel must be used when <br />loading equipment out on the street. <br />5.
