Lift with your legs not your back, bend at the knee when <br />picking up boards, keep a firm grip, take rest breaks, do not lift <br />too many boards at once as length of them is awkward. <br />2. Inspect hand tools and do not use if broken or compromised, <br />do not place hands in the line-of-fire of hammer, where cut <br />resistant gloves, be aware of sharp nails or splintered wood on <br />form boards. Be aware of sharp edges on metal stakes. <br />3. When moving wood to staging/loading areas be aware of <br />board ends when being moved by yourself or others.
