All new submittals supersede previous ones. <br />3.Email notification to ust@sjgov.org to arrange the following inspection appointments. <br />All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. <br />a.Verification of removal of all residual liquids, solids, and/or sludges from tank(s), and of <br />tank cleaning conducted to California Code of Regulations Title 22 section <br />67383.3(e)(2) standards. <br />b.Verification of tank(s) inerted to levels that shall preclude explosion <br />c.Witness removal of tank(s) and any applicable piping, sumps, and associated <br />appurtenances <br />d.Verification of tank ID number marked on the tank end using fluorescent spray paint <br />e.Witness soil and/or water sampling: Only results that are sent to EHD directly from a <br />third-party California accredited environmental laboratory with affixed chain of custody <br />will be accepted.
