Written comments regarding concerns or issues on the planned <br />regulatory closure for the Site must be submitted to Amber Ginorio at the Central Valley Water Board <br />by 14 May 2025. <br />Central Valley Water Board staff concurs with SPI’s request for NFA. The NFA will be conditional <br />upon additional actions, including response to public comments and groundwater monitoring well <br />destruction. <br />concentrations of chlorinated volatile organics (VOCs).
