Foothill Landfill <br />Monitoring Implementation Plan <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MIP Page 10 <br />• A review and effectiveness assessment of all BMPs for each area of industrial activity <br />and associated potential pollutant sources to determine if the BMPs are properly <br />designed, implemented, and are effective in reducing and preventing pollutants in <br />industrial storm water discharges and authorized NSWDs; and, <br />• An assessment of any other factors needed to comply with the requirements in section <br />XVI.B in the General Permit. <br />The annual evaluation form (Form 3) is filled out by the persons performing the inspection. <br />Information gathered during the annual inspection is used in the annual report and the original <br />inspection forms are kept on file as described in SWPPP Section 11.0. The San Joaquin <br />County storm water coordinator or a designee performs the annual site inspection. The <br />General Permit requires that the inspector fully understand the SWPPP and MIP. <br />
