A thermometer +/- 2 #F shall be provided for each hot and cold holding unit of potentially hazardous foods <br />and high temperature warewashing machines. (114157, 114159) <br />OBSERVATIONS: Owner ID must include Business Name at least 3 inches high, Owner Name at least 1 inch high and Address <br />( city, state and zip code) at least 1 inch high. Post owner ID at the service side of the trailer. Correct before operating. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: 1.
