He let me know they <br /> made the determination by going with the shipping papers that did not indicate the <br /> tote of"Little Caesars 81 Orange" as hazardous and the tote and trailer was not <br /> placard as hazardous <br /> 7:22PM Received a call back from Muni with instructions to call to gather more <br /> information on how the determination was made that the release was not a <br /> hazardous waste and if the waste is determined to be a hazardous waste there will <br /> be DOT violation for transportation of hazardous waste. <br /> 7:23PM Called Mike back to let him know that and if the waste is determined to be <br /> a hazardous waste there will be DOT violation for transportation of hazardous <br /> waste. Mike let me know that they will not be moving anything from the site. All <br /> materials including waste generated from the cleanup will be handled Union <br /> Pacific's Shipment Quality Department.
