Asked if SC 544 <br /> he could please let me know how the waste generated from the cleanup of Little <br /> Caesars 81 Orange was disposed of and if I could get a copy of the final disposal <br /> record. Also asked how were the remaining totes and material handled (were they <br /> disposed of, re-purposed for use, etc). <br /> 05/22/2019 Received SDS for the Little Ceasars 81 Orange from Mike Algots on Tuesday, PE 2546 DAI <br /> 60 min May 21, 2019. Reviewed SDS with Garrett. Little Ceasars 81 Orange is a ink SC 544 <br /> product that contains less than 3% Urea and less than 3% Alcohol, c12-15, <br /> ethoxylated. The product does not require a Safe Harbor warning under California <br /> Prop 65. After reviewing additional information from the SDS the product does not <br /> appear to be hazardous. Per Garrett contacted UPS Jeryll Womack <br /> (jlwomack@ups.com) or UPRR Shipment Quality Michael Hykes <br /> (mjhykes@up.com), to ask what type of waste determination was made for the <br /> waste generated from the clean up. <br /> 06/13/2019 Called Joe McGuffin (916) 597-5520 to ask if the final disposal records for the PE 2546 DAI <br /> 18 min Little Caesars 81 Orange are available yet. He let me know that he would not have SC 544 <br /> the final disposal records for it because it was shipped back to UPS in San <br /> Leandro and UPS handled their own waste disposals. I asked Joe to email this <br /> information. <br /> Sent an email to Joe just in case he was not able to take down my email address <br /> clearly over the phone. <br /> 06/17/2019 Received the emailed information from Joe (jmcguffin@partiotenvironmental.com) PE 2546 DAI <br /> 30 min Friday, June 14, 2019 regarding the clean up of the Little Caesars 81 Orange. SC 544 <br /> Emailed Jeryll Womack (jlwomack@ups.com) to ask for the disposal records of <br /> the waste generated from the clean up. <br /> 06/18/2019 Received copy of disposal records from Jeryll Womack (jlwomack@ups.com) - PE 2546 DAI <br /> 18 min Regulated Goods/Environmental contact for SC 544 <br /> UPS Freight. Copy of the disposal record provided was the generator copy only I <br /> replied to email to let him know I actually needed the final disposal records. <br /> 07/09/2019 Received copy of final disposal records from Jennifer Trigos (jmtrigos@ups.com) PE 2546 DAI <br /> 18 min District Environmental Coordinator SC 544 <br /> UPS Plant Engineering <br /> Northern California District <br /> C: 510-453-2090 <br /> Assembled emergency response record and submitted it for review. <br /> 07/09/2019 Correcting 5104 cover sheet information.
