Went to discuss the billing with Laurie letting her know that this SC 007 <br /> complaint was originally billed to Union Pacific because they were originally the <br /> responsible party before responsibility was directed to UPS. Asked Laurie if billing <br /> should be changed to UPS and was instructed to check with Union Pacific before <br /> make any changes to billing. <br /> 2:28pm Called Mike Algots (916) 580-9999 to let him know that a complaint has <br /> just recently been resolved and there are still additional fees from May through <br /> July that have not been billed yet. EHD was originally billing Union Pacific before <br /> the responsible party was directed to UPS. I wanted to know if he have any <br /> preference for EHD to continuing to bill Union Pacific for charges of a complaint <br /> and they ask UPS to handle the billing from them or if he would prefer we switch <br /> the billing to UPS directly. Mike was not available so I left a message. <br /> 2:34pm Received a call back from Mike letting me know that if EHD has originally <br /> been billing Union Pacific for the complaint it would be fine to keep billing them. <br /> The billing method that would be easiest for EHD is fine. <br /> I went a notified Laurie that I have discussed the billing with Mike Algots who said <br /> if was fine to continue billing Union Pacific for the entire complaint. <br /> Page 5 of 5 <br />
