Entry into EMHU654215 <br /> conducted by Mr. Paul Holt and C. Sanchez. Discovery of unsecured chain lube oil tote screw top lid (Fed Ex Pro#: <br /> 460882283-1) and load shift discovered by P. Holt and C. Sanchez. Screw top lid secured by Mr. Holt. <br /> 2255 PM PST:Additional AIS crew arrived on site, staged equipment and conducted crew tailgate safety meeting. <br /> 2330 PM PST:Additional absorbent material layed down under EMHU654215 to contain and solidify spilled material on <br /> concrete ground surfaces. Gradall all-terrain forklift sourced from 3`d party he vendor. ETA 0900 AM—1000AM 11/8/18. <br /> 11/08/18 <br /> 2400 PM PST-0800 AM PST: AIS performed manual hand cleaning of exterior surfaces on container EHMU260846 using <br /> bio degradable solution/cleaning rags via manlift provided by UPRR Lathrop Operations. Generated waste material oily <br /> rags/debris/ppe was placed into 1x55g UN/DOT container. <br /> 0800 AM—2030 PM PST: AIS offloaded cargo wiped down staining on affected pallets using bio degradable solution and <br /> cleaning rags and staged onto poly sheeting. Impacted wood flooring inside EMHU654215 was cleaned up using granular <br /> absorbent material, bio degradable solution and cleaning rags. Underside of container was cleaned using bio degradable <br /> solution and cleaning rags. 4 cardboard boxes containing metal components were discovered (Fed EX Pro#459642987- <br /> 6) were saturated with chain lube oil and were packaged into 1x55g UN/DOT container. Upon completion of clean up at <br /> 22:30 PM PST San Joaquin County Environmental representative Haza Saeed arrived on site to follow up with clean up <br /> activities. 22:45 Mr. Saeed departed. <br />
