Manage the waste according to Title 22 <br /> California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department describing the storage and final disposition of the cleaned up waste. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Note: The property at 1020 E. Alpine is owned and maintained by Altamont Corridor Express (ACE) but operated <br /> by Transit America Services Inc (TASI), formerly Herzog Transit Services Inc. Each facilities has their own active <br /> EPA ID number and they have different generator statuses. Hazardous waste generated by each facility must be <br /> managed by that facility in accordance with Title 22 CCR as specified for their generator status. <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was <br /> finished on 6/19/25 and replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 7/19/25. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. <br /> Starting July 1, 2024, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($172).
