The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br /> addressed for WESTERN FOOD & FUEL as of August 14, 2025. <br /> Open violations from December 02, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation #10 - 2030074 -Annual Monitoring System Certification Form to the CUPA within 30 days of <br /> completion of the test. <br /> OBSERVATION: A monitoring system certification and leak detector testing was performed on December 20, 2023. A <br /> test report has not been submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). In addition, <br /> the December 6, 2022 monitoring system certification and leak detector testing was not submitted to EHD or CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the test. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide both reports to the EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #11 - 2030048 - Sec containment testing conducted per requirements & records kept for 36 mths <br /> (TCR 9d). <br /> OBSERVATION: Secondary containment testing was scheduled to be performed on August 14, 2023. A test report <br /> has not been submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). No record of testing <br /> was observed on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment testing is required once every 36 months. A copy of the test <br /> report must be submitted within 30 days of the test. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately schedule this test and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #13 - 2010017 - Spill bucket testing results submitted to the UPA within 30 days of testing. <br /> OBSERVATION: Spill container testing was performed on December 20, 2023. A test report has not been submitted <br /> to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS).
