The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br /> addressed for WESTERN FOOD & FUEL as of August 14, 2025. <br /> Open violations from December 02, 2024 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #52 - 2030036 - Overfill prevention system has not been overridden and meets overfill <br /> requirements (TCR 9b). <br /> OBSERVATION: Overfill prevention testing was last performed on September 23, 2021 and was completed on October <br /> 2, 2024, one month past due. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Overfill prevention equipment inspections were required to be conducted by October 13, <br /> 2018, and every 36 months thereafter, and within 30 days of completion of a repair. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing is performed in a timely manner. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #53 - 2010007 - Submitted/maintained current Cert of Financial Responsibility/mech of financial <br /> assurance (TCR 11). <br /> 1) OBSERVATION: Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD. The most recent <br /> financial responsibility documents in CERS are dated January 13, 2022. The Certification of Financial Responsibility <br /> does not have a witness date listed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload the required documents. <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> 2) OBSERVATION: Current financial responsibility documents were not found on site. The most recent financial <br /> responsibility documents observed on site were dated September 15, 2020. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of current financial responsibility documents are required to be maintained on site . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the facility's financial responsibility documents and maintain a <br /> copy on site. <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
