The site of the proposed use is adequately served by highways, streets, water, sewer, storm <br /> drainage, and other public facilities and services. <br /> • This finding can be made because the proposed use will adequately be served by <br /> highways,streets,water,sewer,storm drainage,and other public facilities and services. <br /> The property is served by an on-site well and septic.The project site has a well for water <br /> supply and a septic system for wastewater disposal. Storm drainage is on-site and will <br /> be reviewed by the Department of Public Works at the time of Building Permit submittal. <br /> Primary access to the site is from South Manthey Road.The applicant has an approved <br /> Zoning-Administrator Determination for surfacing, and the applicant is proposing that <br /> the driveway and parking area be surfaced with gravel. Development Title Section 9- <br /> 406.060(i) requires that ingress and egress areas that connect to a paved road or <br /> highway shall also be surfaced and permanently maintained with asphalt concrete or <br /> Portland cement concrete or with pervious pavements,sand-set pavers, and supported <br /> turf systems, and this requirement has been incorporated into the project's Conditions <br /> of Approval. Additionally, the project will require an Encroachment Permit through the <br /> Department of Public Works,which will ensure the driveway entrance will be developed <br /> to County standards. <br /> 7.
