CP26 - UST FULL Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />January 20, 2026 <br />Facility Address: <br />2575 COUNTRY CLUB BLVD, STOCKTONCOUNTRY CLUB MOBIL CIRCLE K <br />Facility Name: <br />Environmental Health DepartmentAMENDED <br />1/22/2026 <br />34 23 CCR 16 2631(a), (f)-(j) 2031017 - DO inspections completed at least every 30 days and meet all requirements (TCR <br />12) <br />OBSERVATION: Facility did not comply with one or more of the following DO inspection requirements: Inspect monthly <br />alarm history report, check that alarms are documented and responded to appropriately. <br />- The L6 fuel alarm on 4/16/25 and 5/1/25 were not documented and responded to. <br />- The L11 fuel alarm and sensor alarm on 4/13/25 were not documented and responded to. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that facility is complying with all DO inspection requirements noted above. <br />This is a Repeat (Class 2) Violation. <br />38 23 CCR 16 2613(c)(10) and (13) 2011003 - Records of release detection monitoring and maintenance properly <br />maintained for 36 months (TCR 9d) <br />OBSERVATION: Owner/Operator failed to maintain release detection monitoring and maintenance records for 36 <br />months. <br />- 3/15/23 Monitoring System Certification test results not on site. <br />- 1/31/24 Monitoring System Certification test results not on site. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Maintain copies on site for release detection monitoring and maintenance records for at least 36 <br /> months. <br />This is a Repeat (Class 2) Violation. <br />40 23 CCR 16 2613(e) 2011002 - Installation, repair, lining, integrity, calibration, and release records maintained for life of <br />UST <br />OBSERVATION: Records of installation, repairs, linings, intregrity certification, tank calibration charts, and/or <br />unauthorized release reports were not kept onsite, or offsite if approved by the UPA, for the life of the UST. <br />- The following were not available for review at the time of inspection: installation test results, manufacturer checklists <br />and as built drawings. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and maintain these records onsite and submit copies to the UPA within 30 <br />days. <br />This is a (Minor) Violation. <br />44 23 CCR 16 2643(c) and (d); HSC 6.7 25288 2031031 - Facility has corrected all previously cited violations <br />OBSERVATION: Owner/Operator did not correct violations cited in the inspection report within 30 days of receiving an <br />inspection report from either the UPA or special inspector. <br />- An inspection was last done on 1/24/25 and an inspection report was issued on 2/7/25 identifying information to be <br />submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 3/9/25. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Correct all violations cited on the inspection report provided by the UPA or special inspector <br />within 30 days. <br />This is a Repeat (Class II) Violation. <br />1868 E.
