If owner or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for the <br />site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. Pursuant to <br />the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the <br />LEA, the Regional Water Quality Board (RWQCB), local air district and local land use agency <br />for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre-construction activities for <br />such PCLU. <br />5.
