The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for EMILS LIQUOR & SPORTS SHOP* as of July 01, 2025. <br /> Open violations from May 06, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#21 -3030010-Disposed of hazardous waste within 180 days of accumulation start date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with no accumulation start date: One <br /> 55 gallon blue metal drum located in the hazardous waste storage area <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#23-3030007-Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers were: <br /> One 55 gallons blue metal drum was located in the hazardous waste storage area was observed without hazardous <br /> waste label . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br /> accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
