The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for EMILS LIQUOR & SPORTS SHOP* as of July 01, 2025. <br /> Open violations from May 06, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#1 -3010002-Obtained an Identification Number(unless exempted HSC 25143.13). <br /> OBSERVATION: This business does not have a hazardous waste ID number in the California Department of Toxic <br /> Substances Control (DTSC)database. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store,dispose of, transport or offer for <br /> transportation, hazardous waste without having received an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Identification (ID) <br /> Number. A State EPA ID number is required for generators of less than 100 kg RCRA hazardous waste per month, <br /> less than one kg of acutely hazardous waste per month or any amount of non-RCRA hazardous waste. ID numbers <br /> are unique to a business and site location. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/to <br /> obtain an ID number.
