The permit outlines the <br />requirements and conditions associated specifically with your system that must be adhered to. <br />This permit is valid until a change occurs with the system or ownership of the system. Any <br />changes will require a Permit Amendment Application and associated fees to be submitted to <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department.
