The Vai San Associates has submitted all of the required information relating to the <br />proposed operation of the Lower Sac Plaza Water System. <br />2. The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has evaluated all of <br />the information submitted by The Vai San Associates and has conducted a physical <br />investigation of the proposed Lower Sac Plaza Water System. <br />This public water system is known as the Lower Sac Plaza Water System whose <br />headquarters is located at 3031 West March Lane STE 112 Stockton, CA 95219. <br />The legal owner of the Lower Sac Plaza Water System is Vai San Associates. The <br />Vai San Associates, therefore, is responsible for compliance with all statutory and <br />regulatory drinking water requirements and the conditions set forth in this permit. <br />The public water system for which the permit application has been submitted is as <br />described briefly below: <br />The Vai San Associates submitted an application dated July 31, 2002, to San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department to operate a public water <br />system. The application was submitted in accordance with California Health and <br />Safety Code, Section 116525. <br />This is a Transient Non-Community water system that serves 1 service <br />connection for nine office suites, a bar, and food facility.
