REGULATION GUIDANCE: The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a Repeat(Class 2)Violation.
