SAN JOAQUIN AMENDED Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY— 1/8/2026 <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> GAVINKO PETROLEUM* 17700 MORELAND ST, STOCKTON TOctober 16, 2025 <br /> 72 2712 2030039- Compliance with all operating permit requirements <br /> OBSERVATION: The s3 &s6 sensors were replaced on 6/13/2025 and a permit was not obtained from the EHD. <br /> -A sensor replacement that is like for like requires a "UST Retrofit- No Fee Permit", where certain conditions need to be <br /> met. For this replacement that was done on 6/13/2025, the conditions were not met. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Emergency repairs relating to UST system monitoring and release detection may be <br /> performed by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor pursuant to the EHD's policy and a permit obtained <br /> within one business day from the EHD. All other repairs must have a permit submitted to and approved by the EHD prior <br /> to beginning work. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a permit from the EHD for the like for like replacement of the s3 &s6 <br /> sensors. A"Failure to Obtain a Permit" penalty applies. <br /> This is a Repeat(Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection 10/16/2025. A full report was <br /> provided on 10/24/2025.
