The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br />addressed for Harney Lane 76 as of January 15, 2026. <br />Open violations from July 17, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #3 - 2010013 - Facility has submitted a complete and accurate UST Monitoring Plan.. <br />OBSERVATION: The monitoring plan is not approved by the EHD. <br />- Audible/Visual Alarms is marked as YES as an overfill prevention method for all three tanks <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System <br />(CERS). <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #4 - 2010014 - Facility has submitted a complete and accurate UST Response Plan.. <br />OBSERVATION: No response plan was uploaded into CERS. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The response plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System <br />(CERS). <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, upload the completed form, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #5 - 2030041 - A current facility plot plan is maintained and has been submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted . The improper document option, stored at <br />facility, was used. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed . <br />The site plan must show the general layout of tanks and clearly identify locations of the following equipment, if <br />installed: 1) monitoring panels; 2) in-tank liquid level probes (if used for leak detection); 3) devices monitoring tank <br />annular spaces or vault; 4) devices monitoring product piping; 5) devices monitoring fill piping; 6) devices monitoring <br />vent piping; 7) devices monitoring vapor recovery piping; 8) devices monitoring vent/transition sumps; 9) devices <br />monitoring under-dispenser containment; 10) line leak detectors; and 11) devices monitoring any other secondary <br />containment areas. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan . <br /> <br />Page 1 of 7
