This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br />waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Michael Wendt was shown by inspector how to access manifests online via Department of <br />Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) No further action is needed. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 6 <br />CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(f) 3030007 - Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br />OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers were: <br />- a used oil drain tank where the used oil is placed before it is put into a hazardous waste drum at the end of the day, <br />was unlabeled. Michael Wendt mentioned that it is emptied daily , for this reason a label with the following may be <br />used: "Used Oil, Empty daily". <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br />“Hazardous Waste”, name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br />accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br />action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br />within 30 days. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 23 <br />CA Code of Regulations 66273.34 3030008 - UWH labeled all universal waste. <br />OBSERVATION: The facility has not labeled their universal waste (UW) as required by this section.
