Various UW can be appropriately <br />labeled: "Universal Waste - Batteries", “Universal Waste -Mercury-Containing Equipment”, “Universal Waste-Lamps” or <br />“Universal Waste -Electronic Devices”. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by January 15 2025. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting January 1, 2024, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate <br />($172).
