Provide proof of training within 30 days to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD)for employees whose responsibilities include hazardous waste. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 21 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)3030010-Disposed of hazardous waste within 180 days of accumulation start <br /> date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br /> -One 500 gallon aboveground storage tank containing used oil was observed on the north east side of the shop II, had <br /> the accumulation start date of 4/2024. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> 23 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(f)3030007-Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling.
