Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 51 CA Code of Regulations 66266.130 3030004- Properly manages used oil filters and fuel filters. <br /> OBSERVATION: Container of used metal oil filters out of compliance with the storage rules were observed on-site. <br /> -A 55 gallon black drum of used metal oil filters did not have a lid.Additionally, it did not have a label stating "drained <br /> used oil filters"with an accumulation start date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.130 Management of Used Oil Filters. <br /> California Health &Safety Code section 25250.22 Fuel Filters <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately drain all metal oil and fuel filters of free-flowing liquid, store them in closed, <br /> rainproof containers. Label the container with the words"drained used oil filters"or"used gasoline filters",depending <br /> on the contents. Mark the container with an accumulation start date. Dispose of all used filters stored on-site greater <br /> than one year. Used filters not stored, handled and disposed of according to this section are regulated as hazardous <br /> waste. Provide a corrective action statement, disposal records and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 64 CA Code of Regulations 66265.35 3030037-Maintains adequate aisle space. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following area does not have adequate aisle space: <br /> - Located on the south end of the facility,where the trucks enter into the service area, there is a collective area where <br /> empty and non empty drums are held.The 8 drums were closely grouped together making it difficult to access and <br /> decipher the contents of the drums, in addition to the drums not being labeled. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The owner or operator shall maintain aisle space to allow the unobstructed movement of <br /> personnel,fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and decontamination equipment to any area of facility <br /> operation in an emergency, unless it can be demonstrated to the Department that aisle space is not needed for any of <br /> these purposes. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately maintain aisle space to allow the unobstructed movement of personnel,fire <br /> protection, spill control equipment, and decontamination equipment to any area of facility operation in an emergency. <br /> Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 65 CA Code of Regulations 66265.31 3030031 -Maintains and operates the facility to minimize the possibility of <br /> fire/explosion/release. <br /> OBSERVATION:The area underneath the Oil filter crusher has absorbent material spread around on the ground. <br /> FA0025273 PR0544453 SCO01 06/19/2025 <br /> EHD Rev.12/06/2021 Page 9 of 10 CP22-HW LOG OIR <br /> 1868 E.
