SAN JOAQUIN Environmental Health Department <br /> —COUNTY <br /> Greatness grows here. <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> MORADA FARMING COMPANY 17676 AUSTIN RD, STOCKTON October 29, 2025 <br /> 53 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)(2) 3030030 - Maintains and operates the facility to minimize the possibility of <br /> fire/explosion/release <br /> OBSERVATION: Loose absorbents are observed underneath the used oil tank that have not been clean up. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous waste <br /> constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately clean the impacted area. Manage the waste according to Title 22 California Code <br /> of Regulations for hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department describing the storage and final disposition of the cleaned up waste. <br /> This is a (Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
