The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for JC AIR ACADEMY INC as of July 31, 2025. <br />Open violations from September 03, 2024 inspection <br />Violation #53 - 3030030 - Maintains and operates the facility to minimize the possibility of <br />fire/explosion/release. <br />OBSERVATION: Two plastic 5 gallon buckets containing used oil was observed sitting on pallets without lids and is <br />not maintain to minimize the possibility of an unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br />possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br />waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately manage the used oil in a way to prevent any unplanned sudden release. Manage <br />the waste according to Title 22 California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste.
