Admin Lulu Reyes could not provide any training <br />documentation during the inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business owner must ensure that all employees are thoroughly familiar with proper <br />waste handling and emergency procedures, relevant to their responsibilities during normal facility operations and <br />emergencies. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train the employees. Provide proof of training within 30 days to the San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department (EHD) for employees whose responsibilities include hazardous waste. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 2 <br />CA Code of Regulations 66262.40(a) 3010010 - Signed copy of Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest kept for 3 years. <br />OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three years <br />during the inspection. Used transmission fluids (drive fluid) was observed leaking on the floor out of received car parts. <br />The facility also stated that waste is taken by Freon Free Inc. The facility could not provide any hazardous waste <br />records from this company during the inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br />with section 66262.23(a) for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br />which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br />waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years from 4/11/2022-4/11/2025 for all <br />hazardous waste including any used oils. Include disposal records from Freon Free Inc. Provide these records and a <br />corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 6 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25160.2(c)(2) 3010013 - All consolidated manifest requirements are met. <br />OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br />transported from the site in the past three years. Used transmission fluids (drive fluid) was observed leaking on the <br />floor out of received car parts. The facility could not provide any used oil consolidated manifests.. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years.
