The missing receipts include: <br /> -027412596JJK,4/25/2024 Corrected on site. <br /> -027167739JJK, 3/27/2025 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. This <br /> period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br /> regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years from <br /> the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD). If the <br /> receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for three <br /> years. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 38 CA Code of Regulations 66265.192(a)3010025-Obtained a written hazardous waste tank system assessment prior <br /> to placing into use. <br /> OBSERVATION: This facility has hazardous waste tanks but no tank assessment documents. One 1,000 gallon <br /> stationary tank containing waste oil was observed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66270.11 Signatories to Permit <br /> Applications and Reports Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66260.10 Definitions `Tank"means a <br /> stationary device, designed to contain an accumulation of hazardous waste which is constructed primarily of <br /> nonearthen materials(e.g., wood, concrete, steel, plastic)which provide structural support. Title 22 California Code <br /> of Regulations section 66265.192 Design and Installation of New Tank Systems or Components. Title 22 California <br /> Code of Regulations section 66265.193 Containment and Detection of Releases <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Have a qualified Professional Engineer prepare a tank assessment for each tank. Provide a <br /> corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD)within 30 days.
