This assessment shall be reviewed and <br /> certified by an independent, qualified, professional engineer, registered in California, in accordance with section <br /> 66270.11(d), attesting that the tank system has sufficient structural integrity and is acceptable for the transferring, <br /> storing and treating of hazardous waste. The assessment shall be valid for a maximum period of five(5)years or the <br /> remaining service life of the tank system, as stated in the engineer's assessment,whichever is less. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. Provide a complete copy of the tank assessment <br /> document,when available. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 63 CA Code of Regulations 66265.33 3030035-Tests and maintains all required safety equipment at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION: [LIST THE EQUIPMENT THAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, REPAIRED,TESTED OR MAINTAINED] <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br /> its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the [LIST EQUIPMENT] into proper working order by repair, replacement or testing. <br /> Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
