Items observed <br /> remaining on site include: <br /> Pallet 1 (left pallet, see IMG_1525) : <br /> -Contents of the cardboard boxes stacked on the pallet. See IMG-1513 <br /> -Visible contents in the top boxes of each stack included various retail size cleaning products and medicine. See <br /> IMG_1512, IMG-1514 and IMG_1515) <br /> -The contents of the lower boxes on the pallet were not visible and could not be determined but the boxes appeared to <br /> be full. <br /> Pallet 2(middle pallet, see photo IMG_1525): <br /> -Contents of the stacked cardboard boxes and plastic totes on the pallet. See photo IMG_1517 <br /> -One box on top of a stack contained a variety of products including famotidine acid reducer tablets, retail size <br /> household cleaners, and various cosmetics. See photos IMG_1522, IMG_1523, and IMG-1524 <br /> -Other visible items were aerosol cans, including one full box of retail size(approximately 17oz) Beyond Clean Alcohol <br /> Spray, Lavender scent(see photo IMG_1518), and two full totes of retail size(approximately 17oz)Beyond Clean <br /> Alcohol Spray. See photo IMG_1517, IMG_1518 and IMG-1519 <br /> -The contents of the other boxes on the pallet were not visible and could not be determined but the boxes appeared to <br /> be full. <br /> (Continued in Overall Inspection Comments section at bottom of report) <br /> This is(Class 2)Violation. <br /> 53 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)(2)3030030-Maintains and operates the facility to minimize the possibility of <br /> fire/explosion/release. <br /> OBSERVATION:The facility failed to minimize the possibility of a release. <br /> -The front right stack of cardboard boxes on Pallet 1 were observed stained with dark liquid and deteriorating and did <br /> not have secondary containment. See photo IMG_1525 and IMG_1526. <br /> -Plastic totes on pallet 3 containing items labeled as hazardous waste were observed open during the inspection. See <br /> photos IMG_1508 and IMG-1529 <br /> -Plastic bags labeled'hazardous waste'containing non-saleable merchandise were observed open. See IMG_1528, <br /> IMG_1529 and IMG_1534 <br /> -One container of laundry detergent stored in an open plastic bag with a hazardous waste label was observed left on <br /> the ground without secondary containment.The container's cap is broken. See IMG-1508 <br /> -One container of"LA Totally Awesome Cleaner with Bleach"stored in a plastic bag with a'hazardous waste'label was <br /> observed in a plastic tote on pallet 3.
