A dOAQU1N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> CP22 - HW SQG Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> 99 Cents OnlyStores#264 1449 W March LN Stockton June 27 2025 <br /> of all items addressed in this report. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the <br /> corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by August 20, 2025. <br /> Permission for the inspection was granted by new tenant , Tony Lor of Super King Foods. A representative of Super King <br /> Foods, Alfred Acac, was present for the inspection. <br /> The products include but are not limited to three 5-gallon buckets of paint and multiple pallets containing cleaning products, <br /> cosmetic products and medicine. Also observed were plastic totes of items stored individually in clear plastic bags, some of <br /> which were labeled with the words "Hazardous Waste". The facility's Hazardous Waste Management binder containing uniform <br /> hazardous waste manifests listing `99 Cents Only#264' as the generator was observed next to tote 3. See IMG_1537, <br /> IMG_1539 and IMG_1541 <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them <br /> sign. <br /> Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
