See photos IMG_1530, <br /> IMG 1531, and IMG 1533 <br /> -Several bagged items were observed with damaged packaging. See photos IMG_1527 and IMG_1528 <br /> -The contents of the other boxes on the pallet were not visible and could not be determined but the boxes <br /> appeared full. <br /> Other: <br /> -Three approximately 5-gallons containers of A-100 paint were observed, each approximately half full. See photos <br /> IMG-1510 and IMG-1511. <br /> -A full bottle of famotidine acid reducer tablets still sealed by the original safety seal was observed in a trash can in <br /> the back stockroom. See photo IMG_1509 <br /> -One full can of Microban Sanitizing Spray was observed out on the floor in the back stockroom. See photo <br /> IMG-1521 <br /> -Three retail size cleaning products with unknown contents were observed in the back hallway around the water <br /> heater. See photo IMG—1545 <br /> -One retail size cleaning product with unknown contents and one retail size deodorant were observed in the trash <br /> bin of the right bathroom and one retail size air freshener with unknown contents was observed on a shelf in the <br /> left bathroom. See photos IMG_1546 and IMG_1547. <br /> -Two containers of FloraLife disinfectant were observed on the ground adjacent to pallet 3. One container had an <br /> expiration date of 4/4/25. The other was stuck behind a trash bin adjacent to pallet 3. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste <br /> as specified in Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR). There are wastes that are listed as hazardous <br /> wastes. There are wastes that exhibit one or more of the hazardous waste characteristics: toxic, corrosive, <br /> reactive or ignitable. Title 22 CCR section 66261.2 — Definition of Waste Title 22 CCR section 66261.3—Definition <br /> of Hazardous Waste A business operator shall keep records of any hazardous waste determinations made in <br /> accordance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR)section 66262.11 for at least three years from the <br /> date that the waste was last sent to an on-site or off-site treatment, storage, or disposal facility. The records may <br /> include Safety Data Sheets (SDS), waste test results or other hazardous waste determination documentation. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for each waste and manage it <br /> according to Title 22 CCR. Use Safety Data Sheets (SDS), waste sampling and test results or other knowledge to <br /> support your hazardous waste determination. Waste testing must be done using methods specified in Title 22 <br /> CCR including sections 66261.20-24. Submit a statement and supporting documentation with your hazardous <br /> waste determination. Provide disposal records for wastes determined to be hazardous wastes. <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was <br /> finished on July 21, 2025 and replaces the initial checklist. <br /> A closure inspection was attempted June 27, 2025. The permit cannot be closed due to multiple pallets of <br /> products observed remaining on site that were left by the previous tenant, 99 Cents Only Store#264. Multiple <br /> items were observed with "Hazardous Waste" labels.
