The <br /> owner or operator shall maintain training records on current personnel until closure of the facility and training records on <br /> former employees for at least three years from the date the employee last worked at the facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train all employees who work with hazardous waste in compliance within the time <br /> frames and training materials required by this section. Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD)within 30 days.
