Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />July 01, 2025 <br />Facility Address: <br />7679 LONGE ST, STOCKTONVESTIS SERVICES LLC <br />Facility Name: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />7 CA Code of Regulations 66262.23(a) 3010008 - Properly completed all Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifests <br />OBSERVATION: Per the document "Vestis Services, LLC - Name Change Letter" submitted to CERS by the facility on <br />July 19, 2024, the facility name was changed to "Vestis Services LLC" effective October 2, 2023. During the inspection, <br />multiple manifests were observed on site with Aramark listed as the generator name that were dated after October 2, <br />2023. This includes but is not limited to Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest number 022954475JJK dated 2/28/25 that <br />lists "Aramark Uniform & Career Apparel" as the generator and Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest number <br />017761225FLE dated 1/16/24 that lists "Aramark Uniform Services" as the generator. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations, Division 4.5, Chapter 12, Article 8, Appendix <br />"Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest, Continuation Sheet and Instructions" <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: A manifest correction letter must be sent to the Department of Toxic Substances Control <br />(DTSC) whenever hazardous waste manifests submissions contain incorrect or incomplete information. Submit a letter by <br />providing the manifest corrections on company letterhead, and include the following information: the manifest tracking <br />number (nine numbers followed by three letters); the generator date; the date the generator signed the manifest; the <br />generator EPA ID number used on the original manifest, even if it was incorrect; the incorrect or incomplete item number <br />(s) from the manifest; the corrected information and the signature, title, mailing address, and phone number of the person <br />submitting the correction. Send manifest correction letters to: DTSC Business Operations Unit, Attention: Manifest <br />Corrections, P.O. Box 806, Sacramento, CA 95812-0806. Also provide a corrective action statement and a copy of <br />correction letter to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br />This is a Repeat (Class 2) Violation. <br />11 CA Health and Safety Code 25160.2(c)(2) 3010013 - All consolidated manifest requirements are met <br />OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste transported <br />from the site in the past three years. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. This <br />period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br />regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste transported from the <br />site in the past three years. Maintain the records on-site for three years from the date of shipping and provide a copy to <br />the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). If the receipts cannot be found, provide a statement <br />to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for three years. <br />This is a (Class 2) Violation. <br />1868 E.
