Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />July 01, 2025 <br />Facility Address: <br />7679 LONGE ST, STOCKTONVESTIS SERVICES LLC <br />Facility Name: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />26 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(a) 3030012 - Disposed of hazardous waste within 90 days of accumulation start date <br />OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of greater <br />than 90 days or no accumulation start date: <br />-Three 55-gallon drums containing used oil and one 55-gallon drum containing used oil filters were observed in the oil <br />storage area with hazardous waste labels missing the initial accumulation start date. <br />-Two 5-gallon buckets with hazardous waste labels containing used oil were observed in the oil storage area missing the <br />initial accumulation start date. <br />-One 55-gallon drum containing used oil was observed in the oil storage area with a hazardous waste label with an <br />accumulation start date of 3/11/21. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: (a) a generator may accumulate hazardous waste on-site for 90 days or less <br />(2) if the generator generates more than 100 kilograms of hazardous waste or one kilogram of acutely hazardous waste <br />or one kilogram of extremely hazardous waste during any calendar month, the 90-day period begins on the first date on <br />which any amount of hazardous waste begins to accumulate during that month. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 90 days in compliance <br />with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the disposal records to <br />the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br />This is a Repeat (Class 2) Violation. <br />28 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(f) 3030007 - Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste <br />OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers were: <br />-The 40-yard roll-off bin containing hazardous filter cake was observed in the wastewater treatment area without a <br />hazardous waste label. This was corrected on site. <br />-Three 55-gallon drums containing used oil and one 55-gallon drum containing used oil filters were observed in the oil <br />storage area with hazardous waste labels missing the generator name & address, the words "Used Oil" and the <br />accumulation start date <br />-Two 5-gallon buckets were observed in the oil storage area with hazardous waste labels missing the generator name & <br />address, the words "Used Oil" and the accumulation start date. <br />-One 55-gallon drum containing used oil was observed in the oil storage area with the generator name "Aramark Uniform <br />Service". <br />-One drip pan containing a pourable amount of oil was observed in the oil storage area without a hazardous waste label. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br />“Hazardous Waste”, name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br />accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective action <br />statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 <br />days. <br />This is a Repeat (Class 2) Violation. <br />31 CA Code of Regulations 66265.173 3030018 - Containers of hazardous waste closed except when adding or removing <br />waste <br />OBSERVATION: The following open hazardous waste storage containers was observed on-site: <br />-A drip pan containing a pourable amount of used oil was observed in the oil storage area open and stacked on top of <br />two 5-gallon buckets. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and storage, <br />except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when <br />not adding or removing waste. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br />This is a Repeat (Class 2) Violation. <br />1868 E.
