DATES: Every Thursday May 18th - August 31st, 2023 <br />TIME: 5:OO-8:OOpm <br />GENERAL INFORMATION & FAOS <br />GENERAL RULES & FAOs: <br />• If you have minimaL setup you may opt out of staging and hand cart in or drop your supplies on the <br />curb in front of your assigned space before 4pm, park your vehicle outside of the barricades and <br />walk in to setup. You must request permission first to bypass staging and utilize this option. We do <br />a nightly List of staging check-ins. PLEASE DO NOT begin setting up your booths until your <br />neighboring vendors have been released or Farmers Market staff have given you the okay. <br />Sometimes we need room for the tow trucks to turn around. <br />• It is a violation of our city permit to have cars on the street between 5-8:00pm. Please make sure <br />your vehicle is unloaded and off the street before 5pm. <br />• Please do not pack up before 8:00pm. If caught violating these rules, you may be asked to not <br />return. <br />• Alleys are active fire lanes and cannot have cars parked in them or used as active driveways in or <br />out of the market. Violations may be cause for fines from the LPD. <br />• Food vendors must comply with all San Joaquin County Health Department and Fire Department <br />rules (separate attachment) <br />• Grower Vendors must display their producer certificate at each market. Inspectors will come at <br />random and possibly multiple times to make sure these are posted and what you are selling are <br />listed on the forms. If not, we will be subject to a fine and you will be asked to leave the market. <br />• You must clean up after yourself and leave behind no trash in your space. Fees may be applied for <br />cleanup needed after your departure. <br />• No selling or distributing flyers outside of your space. <br />• You may not sell any items not Listed on your application and pre-approved. <br />• If you are not able to attend on a scheduled night, please email ecasteLanelli@Lodichamber.com as <br />far in advance as possible. <br />• If you are going to be Late due to an emergency, please call the chamber and Let us know ASAP. <br />There will be no refunds.
