DATES: Every Thursday May 18th - August 31st, 2023 TIME: 5:OO-8:OOpm GENERAL INFORMATION & FAOS GENERAL RULES & FAOs: • If you have minimaL setup you may opt out of staging and hand cart in or drop your supplies on the curb in front of your assigned space before 4pm, park your vehicle outside of the barricades and walk in to setup. You must request permission first to bypass staging and utilize this option. We do a nightly List of staging check-ins. PLEASE DO NOT begin setting up your booths until your neighboring vendors have been released or Farmers Market staff have given you the okay. Sometimes we need room for the tow trucks to turn around. • It is a violation of our city permit to have cars on the street between 5-8:00pm. Please make sure your vehicle is unloaded and off the street before 5pm. • Please do not pack up before 8:00pm. If caught violating these rules, you may be asked to not return. • Alleys are active fire lanes and cannot have cars parked in them or used as active driveways in or out of the market. Violations may be cause for fines from the LPD. • Food vendors must comply with all San Joaquin County Health Department and Fire Department rules (separate attachment) • Grower Vendors must display their producer certificate at each market. Inspectors will come at random and possibly multiple times to make sure these are posted and what you are selling are listed on the forms. If not, we will be subject to a fine and you will be asked to leave the market. • You must clean up after yourself and leave behind no trash in your space. Fees may be applied for cleanup needed after your departure. • No selling or distributing flyers outside of your space. • You may not sell any items not Listed on your application and pre-approved. • If you are not able to attend on a scheduled night, please email ecasteLanelli@Lodichamber.com as far in advance as possible. • If you are going to be Late due to an emergency, please call the chamber and Let us know ASAP.
