The site of the proposed:-use is adequately served by highways, streets, water, sewer, storm drainage, <br /> and other public facilities and services. <br /> • The project proposes access from an access easement from South Highland Avenue. The <br /> Department of Public Works has provided-Conditions of Approval for an encroachment <br /> permit that will ensure the proposed use is adequately served by highways and streets.The <br /> proposed use does not require water or sewer and all storm water will be retained on site. <br /> 7. The proposed use complies with all applicable provisions of this title. <br /> • The proposed use is classified under the Communication Facility -Tower Use Type, which <br /> may be conditionally permitted in the AU-20 (Agriculture-Urban Reserve,-20 acre minimum) <br /> zone subject to an Administrative Use Permit application.
