This <br />period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br />regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION:Locate the listed receipts, keep them on-site for 3 years, and provide copies to EHD. If <br />unavailable, submit a statement that future receipts will be kept on-site for 3 years. <br />❑ This violation was corrected <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Violation #32 - 3030020 -Inspects all hazardous waste containers at least weekly. <br />OBSERVATION: The following facility hazardous waste containers are not inspected weekly: <br />- Two 275 gallons motor oils tanks located in the truck shop. One tank was missing the sensor <br />- One 400 gallons used oil tank located in the hazardous waste storage area in the truck shop <br />- One 12,000 gallons diesel tank located outside of the truck shop <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The owner or operator shall inspect areas used for container storage or transfer, at least <br />weekly, looking for leaking containers and for deterioration of containers and the containment system caused by <br />corrosion or other factors. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br />Page 2 of 9 <br />
