The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW LQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for CALIFORNIA FREIGHT as of January 30, 2026. <br /> Open violations from November 05, 2025 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #32 - 3030020 - Inspects all hazardous waste containers at least weekly. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following facility hazardous waste containers are not inspected weekly: <br /> - Two 275 gallons motor oils tanks located in the truck shop. One tank was missing the sensor <br /> - One 400 gallons used oil tank located in the hazardous waste storage area in the truck shop <br /> - One 12,000 gallons diesel tank located outside of the truck shop <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The owner or operator shall inspect areas used for container storage or transfer, at least <br /> weekly, looking for leaking containers and for deterioration of containers and the containment system caused by <br /> corrosion or other factors. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #36 - 3030058 - Empty containers > 5 gallons properly managed. <br /> OBSERVATION: During the time of inspection, there were multiple empty containers observed throughout the facility. <br /> See the following: <br /> - Five empty 275 gallons totes observed in the boneyard <br /> - One empty 55 gallon drum observed inside a trailer <br /> - Five blue, one white poly drums, and two 275 gallons totes were observed near the bone yard <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous waste <br /> must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR) section 66261.7. Refer to this section and <br /> California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label ail empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage within <br /> one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action statement <br /> and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> Page 3 of 9 <br />
