The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW LQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for CALIFORNIA FREIGHT as of January 30, 2026. <br /> Open violations from November 05, 2025 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #36 - 3030058 - Empty containers > 5 gallons properly managed. <br /> OBSERVATION: During the time of inspection, there were multiple empty containers observed throughout the facility. <br /> See the following: <br /> - Five empty 275 gallons totes observed in the boneyard <br /> - One empty 55 gallon drum observed inside a trailer <br /> - Five blue, one white poly drums, and two 275 gallons totes were observed near the bone yard <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous waste <br /> must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR) section 66261.7. Refer to this section and <br /> California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage within <br /> one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7.
