The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW LQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for CALIFORNIA FREIGHT as of January 30, 2026. <br />Open violations from November 05, 2025 inspection <br />❑ This violation was corrected <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />❑ This violation will be corrected by <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Violation #36 - 3030058 -Empty containers > 5 gallons properly managed. <br />OBSERVATION: During the time of inspection, there were multiple empty containers observed throughout the facility. <br />See the following: <br />- Five empty 275 gallons totes observed in the boneyard <br />- One empty 55 gallon drum observed inside a trailer <br />- Five blue, one white poly drums, and two 275 gallons totes were observed near the bone yard <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous waste <br />must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR) section 66261.7. Refer to this section and <br />California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information . <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage within <br />one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7.
