The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW LQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for CALIFORNIA FREIGHT as of January 30, 2026. <br /> Open violations from November 05, 2025 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #63 - 3030035 - Tests and maintains all required safety equipment at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION: The overfill alert gauge sensor on the 275 gallon Delo 400 XLE SB Sae 15W-40 oil was observed to <br /> be broken. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All facility communications or alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment, where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br /> its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the overfill alert gauge sensor into proper working order by repair, replacement or <br /> testing. Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 <br /> days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #71 - 3030008 - UWH labeled all universal waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility has not labeled their universal waste (UW) as required by this section. The following <br /> universal waste was observed on-site with incomplete labeling: One 55 gallon drum of aerosol cans observed in the <br /> hazardous waste storage area was not observed with a universal waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66273.34 Labeling/Marking <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the UW as required by this section. Various UW can be appropriately <br /> labeled: "Universal Waste - Batteries", "Universal Waste -Mercury-Containing Equipment', "Universal Waste-Lamps" or <br /> "Universal Waste-Electronic Devices". Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> Page 7 of 9 <br />
