The following is an itemized list of CP22 - AST Non-Qualified violations that have not <br /> been addressed for CALIFORNIA FREIGHT as of January 30, 2026. <br /> Open violations from November 05, 2025 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #61 - 4030022 - Liquid level sensing devices regularly tested to ensure proper operation. <br /> OBSERVATION: Liquid level sensing devices for the 12,000 gallon diesel tank, (2) 275 gallon motor oil tanks, used oil <br /> 400 gallon, and 400 gallon motor oil have not been tested. The liquid level sensing device on the 275 gallon motor oil <br /> was observed to be damage as the glass is missing. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: (c)(8)(v) You must regularly test liquid level sensing devices to ensure proper operation . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Liquid level sensing devices must be installed in accordance with CFR 112.8 and shall be <br /> regularly tested to ensure proper operation. Immediately conduct all necessary testing of 12,000 gallon diesel tank, <br /> (2) 275 gallon motor oil tanks, used oil 400 gallon, and 400 gallon motor oil liquid level sensing devices to ensure <br /> proper operation, submit test results to the EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #74 - 4010032 - Tank Facility Statement or Business Plan has been submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION: A complete tank facility statement or a business plan has not been submitted . The total capacity <br /> petroleum is incorrect and needs to be updated. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: (a)(1) On or before January 1, annually, each owner or operator of a tank facility subject to <br /> this chapter shall file with the statewide information management system, a tank facility statement that shall identify <br /> the name and address of the tank facility, a contact person for the tank facility, the total storage capacity of the tank <br /> facility, and the location and contents of each petroleum storage tank that exceeds 10,000 gallons in storage <br /> capacity. A copy of a statement submitted previously pursuant to this section may be submitted in lieu of a new tank <br /> facility statement if no new or used storage tanks have been added to the facility or if no significant modifications have <br /> been made. For purposes of this section, a significant modification includes, but is not limited to, altering existing <br /> storage tanks or changing spill prevention or containment methods. (2) Notwithstanding paragraph (1), an owner or <br /> operator of a tank facility that submits a business plan, as defined in subdivision (d) of Section 25501 , to the <br /> statewide information management system and that complies with Sections 25503 , 25505 , 25505.1 , 25507 , <br /> 25507.2 , 25508 , 25508.1 , and 25508.2 , satisfies the requirement in paragraph (1) to file a tank facility statement. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately submit a complete and adequate tank facility statement or a business plan. <br /> Submit proof of correction to the EHD. <br /> Page 9 of 10 <br />
