Action: <br />All applicable employees shall receive annual refresher training. <br />Frequency: <br />• At least once every 12 months <br />Refresher Training Content Includes: <br />• Review of hazardous materials onsite <br />• Review of release and threatened release scenarios <br />• Review of emergency response and evacuation procedures <br />• Updates to the Emergency Response Plan (ERP), if applicable <br />D. Training Delivery Method <br />Training shall be delivered through one or more of the following: <br />• Electronic training modules (LMS or web -based) <br />• Instructor -led safety briefings <br />• Review of Emergency Response Plan and posted evacuation maps <br />E. Documentation and Recordkeeping <br />Action: <br />Travin Toys, Inc. shall maintain training records that include: <br />• Employee name and job title <br />• Type of training (initial or annual) <br />• Date of completion <br />• Training content summary or module title <br />• Employee acknowledgment <br />Record Retention: <br />• Minimum of three (3) years <br />• Records made available to the Unified Program Agency upon request <br />F.
