Corrective Actions <br />A. Establishment of a Formal Training Program <br />Travin Toys, Inc. has developed and implemented a formal Hazardous Materials Employee <br />Safety Training Program that includes: <br />• Defined training content aligned with HMBP requirements <br />• Initial and annual refresher training provisions <br />• Documentation and record retention requirements <br />B. Initial Employee Training <br />Action: <br />All new employees and employees assigned to areas involving hazardous materials shall <br />complete initial training. <br />Training Timing: <br />• Prior to assignment or within 30 days of hire, under supervision <br />Initial Training Content Includes: <br />• Identification of hazardous materials present onsite <br />• Recognition of a release or threatened release <br />• Employee roles and responsibilities during an incident <br />• Emergency notification procedures <br />• Evacuation routes and assembly areas <br />• Prohibition on unauthorized spill response <br />C.
