7.4 California Geologic Energy Management Division Records <br /> The California Geologic Energy Management Division (CaIGEM) Well Finder <br /> website was queried on November 18, 2025 for mapped oil or gas wells within <br /> one-quarter mile of the subject Site. The eastern half of the Site is located within <br /> the East Islands Gas Field. One well is depicted on the Site, the plugged and <br /> abandoned dry gas well EOG Resources, Inc. "Stevens" 16-1 (API 0407720512). <br /> According to CaIGEM's WeIISTAR database, the well was drilled in 1988 and <br /> assigned its current status in 2018. <br /> An additional seven wells were identified in Well Finder within approximately one- <br /> quarter mile of the Site (Plate 5). Of these, five are plugged, one is canceled, <br /> and one is idle. <br /> 7.5 National Pipeline Mapping System Database <br /> Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database on <br /> November 18, 2025 for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one- <br /> quarter mile of the Site. No pipelines were identified within the search radius. <br /> Local pipelines which are not mapped by the NPMS may be present in the area. <br /> LOGE 2548 10 <br />
