For observation 2, begin documenting follow-up actions related to compliance issues observed during <br />hazardous waste inspections. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br />___________ <br />Note: EHD updated inspection checklists 12/15/25. Any final report issued after that date may differ from the checklist <br />issued on the day of the inspection. <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was finished <br />on January 27, 2026 and replaces the initial checklist. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br />by February 26, 2026. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign. <br />Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
